Leicester City vs Tottenham Match Report

Harry Kane’s fabulous finish drew first blood for Spurs, but the Foxes mounted a spirited comeback in front of their home fans, capped by a spectacular late James Maddison winner.

Leicester City comes from behind to beat Tottenham 2-1 following the VAR controversy at the King Power Stadium.

Maddison’s powerful 25-yard attempt proved an enjoyable game of twists and turns at the King Power Stadium. which saw Spurs surrender the lead for the third time in four games.

Harry Kane’s brilliant improvised finish saw Spurs head into half-time with the advantage on Saturday but a spirited Leicester, who had seen an Ayoze Perez goal chalked off early on, fought back following the interval.

The result means Tottenham have still not won an away game in the Premier League since January, while Leicester climbs above them into the top four.
